Labels Designed for the Manufacture of Electronics.
ImageTek Labels manufactures specialty coated tapes and label materials that are designed to withstand the high temperatures and harsh environments typical of electronics manufacturing. Our durable label materials are manufactured to survive the multiple reflow, wave solder and wash cycles involved with PCB manufacturing. They also offer electrostatic static dissipative and flame retardant performances. The tapes are ideal for thermal insulation, electrical shielding and bonding for a wide variety of electronics applications including PCB, battery, power supply, coil and motor applications.
PCB Label Materials
Designed to withstand the high temperatures and harsh environments associated with PCB manufacturing. Antistatic label materials are available as well as materials that help prevent the propagation of flames. ImageTek Labels offers a wide variety of thermal transfer printable label materials that are designed to reach temperatures up to of 1000°F (538°C) for use in the circuit board industry. Our Lead free labels are REACH & RoHS compliant and can withstand the harshest chemicals, cleaners and solvents the industry has to offer. Whether your application calls for reflow soldering, traditional wave solder or a combination of the two, Survivor Series labels by ImageTek Labels resist high temperature labels and antistatic PCB labels offer the solution.
ImageTek Labels carries a line of durable label materials that meet the unique specifications of a wide variety of Mil-STD’s, UL recognition, and ASTM requirements and have been tested and approved in independent outside laboratories.
Survivor Series label
Products are coated label materials manufactured with Polyimide and PEN films. These films are offered for product identification applications in electronics, electrical, automotive and aerospace manufacturing operations. Each material offers superior chemical and abrasion resistance. In addition, polyimide materials can withstand temperatures up to 1,000°F (538°C).
Electrostatic (ESD) Labels
Offer static-safe coatings that help minimize the charge generated when the label is removed from the liner and can withstand manufacturing up to 617°F (325°C)
Flexible Substrates
Our high temperature substrates include clear and white top coated polyimide films for the printed electronics industry. These flexible substrates are designed to be printed with conductive, semi-conductive and resistive inks for automotive printed electronics applications.
