MIL-PRF 61002B labels for MIL-STD and DOD Labeling

MIL-PRF 61002B labels require suitable materials to produce DOD LOGMARS barcode markings, MIL-STD 1189 and MIL-STD 129

3.1 General requirements. “This specification contains performance criteria and durability requirements for labels to meet or exceed, which will ensure the use and total functionality of pressure sensitive labels in various climatic environments.”

Durability requirements must be specifically identified by the customer. I.E., solvents and detergents, surface temperatures etc… per paragraph 6.1.2.1 if a C of C is to be required.
