We provide preprinted laminated labels utilizing polyester, UV sunscreen polyester, polypropylene and UL approved laminates. We also supply base and laminate material for the PCM/Image-Tek Protector 5 printer laminator. Custom preprinted, variable serialization and four color process are available on a wide variety of substrates to meet your needs.

Expert Manufacturer of Polypropylene and Polyester Labels
ImageTek offers a unique Paint block dual laminated label. This label has a two layer laminate system that allows you to label your product before the painting process and end up with a clear laminated label afterwards. After the label is applied and has been through the process, then the top layer of laminate may be peeled off to reveal a clean laminated label. This is pertinent when keeping track of inventory during the manufacturing process. We are one of the few companies that not only supply this label, but are experts in the manufacturing processes that these labels are used in, thus we can offer advice as to which label will fit your application best.
Single layer laminates ideal for powder coat paint and enamel processes are also available. Our labels are manufactured to endure products going through JIT, WIP and permanent product marking applications.

Thermal Transfer Printable Polypropylene Laminate – Linered
Description: – 2 mil clear BOPP is a topcoated, heat set, biaxally oriented, co-extruded polypropylene film with excellent clarity. The surface has been modified for improved ink adhesion. This product has excellent moisture resistance and good die cutting and dispensing characteristics.
Use – Parts and product ID, WIP labels, nameplate, graphics used on appliances, industrial equipment, tools, any place that a label needs to be Chemical, Solvent, Salt and abrasion resistant.

Clear TTR Polyester Laminate
Description – 2 Mil clear, ink-receptive polyester film with a pressure sensitive adhesive is designed to protect printed information from abrasion, oils, chemicals and solvents on many label substrates.
Use – Perfect by itself for printing clear labels, decals and nameplates. Can also be used as over-laminate to protect labels that will be exposed to moisture, chemicals, solvents, oils, abrasion and other harsh environments Recognized for UL 969 component labels. This product is UL Recognized and CSA Accepted for indoor and outdoor use UL file #M

Self-Wound Over-Laminate
Description – 1 mil clear polypropylene, silicone release coated, over-laminating film provides an excellent solvent and abrasion resistant finish to labels. Perfect for use on Image-Tek Protector Series 5 Printer Laminator.
Use – Parts and product id, WIP labels, nameplates, graphics used on appliances, industrial equipment, tools, any place that a label needs to be Chemical, Solvent, Salt and abrasion resistant. All products conform to 21CFR177-1520 for indirect food contact.

Matte Clear Polyester
Description – 92 Mil matte polyester film, treated for smooth, controlled unwind, featuring a high grade emulsion acrylic adhesive system. The matte film is dimensionally stable and exhibits excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, acids, alkali’s, oil, sunlight, weathering and aging.
Uses – Name Plates, Rating Plate labels and product identification.
LML7007
Self-Wound Polyester Over Laminate
Description: – 1 mil clear UL/CSA polyester, over-laminating film treated with a non-silicone release for smooth controlled unwind, and features a high grade emulsion acrylic adhesive system. It meets a high standard of optical clarity after laminating. It is dimensionally stable and exhibits excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, acids, alkali’s, oil, sunlight, weathering and aging. Recognized and listed by UL under sections “UL969 & CSA-C22.2” as an over-laminate for labels. This product meets requirements for DIRECT FACE contact of 21 CFR 177.1630 and the incidental and indirect edge or seam contact specification for FDA files: 21 CFR 175.105. It provides excellent an excellent solvent and abrasion resistant finish to labels.
Use: – Less costly alternative to linered UL/CSA Recognized polyester laminates. LML7007 is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Suitable for use where exposed to high humidity or occasionally exposed to water; also, for occasional exposure to lubricating oil. This material is for ideal for compliance labels and prime labels.

Description: – 1 mil clear Polyester TC is top-coated and highly transparent. It features excellent tear strength, heat resistance, dimensionally stable and chemical resistant. Print treatment is designed to enhance printability with a variety of printing processes.

LML7Laminate Polyester – Linered 500
Description: – 1.3 Mil Matte Polyester Over-laminating Film. The top coat is recommended for optimum durability and thermal transfer printability. The adhesive offers excellent low temperature performance and long term aging for resistance to yellowing in outdoor applications.
Use – Parts and product ID, WIP labels, nameplate, graphics used on appliances, industrial equipment, tools. Topcoated for thermal transfer printability.

Description – 2 Mil clear polyester with an acrylic adhesive designed for use in demanding environments. Adhesive offers good UV and moisture resistance. UL recognized for indoor use. File # MH11410 and MH16411

Polyester Clear Top Coated – Linered
Description: – 2.0 Mil clear top-coated polyester. The top coat is recommended for optimum durability and thermal transfer printability. The adhesive offers excellent quick tack and also bonds well to a variety of surfaces including LSE plastics. UL Recognized (file MH11410) and CSA accepted (File 99316)

Amber Polyimide Overlaminate
Description – 1 Mil amber polyimide self-wound laminate with silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is designed to protect printed information from heat, abrasion, oils, chemicals and solvents on many label substrates.
Use – Offers optimal performance in electrical and thermal insulation. LML7800 is highly resistant to heat and chemicals, thin and highly conformable. This label is puncture and tear resistant at high temperatures.
